24-Month Painting Warranty
We are proud to offer a 24-month warranty on our painting services, ensuring your satisfaction and peace of mind. This warranty covers the following:
- Workmanship: Any peeling, blistering, or chipping of paint resulting from defective application under normal conditions will be repaired free of charge.
- Materials: Defects in the paint materials used in your project, as specified in your agreement, will be addressed according to the manufacturer’s warranty guidelines.
What Is Not Covered:
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or external forces, including but not limited to extreme weather, moisture intrusion, or structural shifts.
- Normal wear and tear, including fading or discoloration due to sunlight or aging.
- Surfaces not prepared or painted by our team, including pre-existing conditions.
- Varnished Surfaces
- Metal Surfaces
- Repairs to the horizontal surfaces or any surfaces that, by virtue of their design, permit moisture to collect (surfaces include, but are not limited to, decks, railings, stairs, porches, roofs, and wood gutters)
- Bleeding caused by knots, rust, or cedar
- Cracks in drywall, plaster, or wood
- Areas where repairs were recommended but customer opted out
For Warranty to Be Valid, You Must:
- Pay the full contract price
- Retain a copy of the original contract
- Pay for the materials used to perform the repairs
